Retrieve the Missing Items Through the Backup Copy of the Original

  • Now opt for ‘Outlook Data File (.pst)’ and then pick ‘Next.’

  • Now choose the option, ‘Do not import duplicates.’ After that, select ‘Next.’
  • Tick the box beside ‘Include subfolders.’
